Getting Started

This is the recommended path for a brand-new CobbleClub player. CobbleClub combines Minecraft survival and building with Cobblemon collecting, battling and exploration, then adds its own economy, progression, worlds, claims, kits, crates and cosmetics.

Your first goal: choose a starter, learn the Wild Worlds, catch a useful team, establish a protected home and begin building your Pokédex and economy.

1. Choose your starter

When you first join, follow the starter prompt to choose your first Pokémon. Your party is the team of Pokémon you carry with you. Cobblemon's normal Pokémon systems—including catching, battling, evolution, PC storage, held items and riding supported Pokémon—form the foundation of CobbleClub.

2. Learn your Newb Kit

New players receive the Newb kit automatically. It includes a claim tool, diamond pickaxe, Pokédex, 20 Poké Balls, 10 Great Balls, 6 Ultra Balls, 32 steak, a PC and a Healing Machine. This gives you the essentials to catch Pokémon, travel and begin a base.

/kits

Open the kits interface to see your available kits and cooldowns.

3. Leave spawn and explore

The main spawn/hub is the safe starting point, not the entire adventure. CobbleClub has Red, Blue, Green and Yellow Wild Worlds for exploration. Use /rtp where permitted to find a random safe location. RTP has location restrictions so it cannot be used everywhere.

4. Catch and train Pokémon

Explore for species you need, build a balanced party and work toward rare, shiny and legendary Pokémon. Catching also connects to CobbleClub progression: special catches can award PokéDollars, and your Pokédex tracks your collection progress.

For the full base-game Pokémon mechanics, use the official Cobblemon Wiki.

5. Build somewhere you want to keep

Once you find a location you like, protect it with the CobbleClub claim system before investing heavily in the build. New players begin with 700 claim blocks. Additional claim capacity is part of the server's progression.

6. Build your economy

You begin with 400 PokéDollars and 5 Gems. Normal playtime awards 150 PokéDollars per hour and 2 Gems every 30 minutes. Other systems—including Pokémon catches, voting, crates and server activities—can also contribute to progression.

/bal

Check your PokéDollar balance.

7. Use daily, kits and crates

/daily is the daily-reward command when you meet its current eligibility requirements. Kits provide rank-based supplies on cooldowns. Vote, Shiny and Legendary crates provide another reward path and can contain items, currency, claim progression and collectible rewards depending on the crate.

8. Make the server your own

The Wardrobe provides cosmetic progression through hats, wings, floaties, balloons and glow effects. CobbleClub also contains tags, custom gear and other server-specific collection systems. These are optional: you can focus on Pokémon, building, economy, collecting or a mixture of everything.

What should I work toward?

There is no single mandatory ending. Long-term goals include completing your Pokédex, collecting shinies and legendaries, building a large protected base, improving your economy, collecting crate-exclusive rewards and dolls, progressing through kits/ranks, tackling raid content and collecting cosmetics.

If you get stuck

Check the page for the system first, then the Commands and FAQ pages. The wiki deliberately separates confirmed player commands from staff/admin commands so you do not waste time trying commands you cannot use.
