Claims

CobbleClub claims are chunk-based land protection with a map interface, role-based permissions, subclaims, trust, bans, messages, ownership transfer and safe teleporting.

Map method

Create a claim

1

Open `/claim`

You land on the claims interface. The Map, My Claims and Trusted Claims tabs separate the most common tasks.

2

Choose land

On the map, click a chunk or Shift+drag to start a multi-chunk selection.

3

Check the cost

Every selected chunk consumes 256 claim blocks. The interface compares the selection against your remaining capacity.

4

Confirm

Use the green confirmation control or Enter. Press Esc to cancel the pending selection.

5

Configure it

Select your new claim to rename it, set messages, manage trust/permissions, create subclaims or teleport back later.

Capacity

What claim blocks mean

Claim blocks are an area budget. A standard Minecraft chunk is 16×16 blocks, so one claimed chunk consumes 256 claim blocks. Deleting a claim returns its used area to your available budget.

Check your budget

/claim blocks

Shows available and total claim blocks.

Lost your tool?

/claim tool

Gives a replacement CobbleClub Claiming Tool if you do not already have one.

Roles & access

Claim permissions

Permissions use three roles: Visitor, Trusted and Owner. A claim can decide how much access each role receives.

Public travel

Public claim warps

Claim owners can publish a named warp so other players can visit without being added as trusted members.

What visitors can do

  • Travel to an enabled public warp.
  • Remain a normal Visitor.
  • Use allowed chest-shop purchasing when the claim rules permit it.

What visitors do not get

  • No automatic Trusted status.
  • No build/break access.
  • No shop editing or claim management.
  • No member permissions just because the warp is public.
Owner control
Disabling the public warp blocks public travel immediately. Existing trusted members are unchanged.
Fine-grained areas

Subclaims

Subclaims live entirely inside one of your parent claims. They inherit the parent permissions unless you override them, which is useful for shops, shared rooms, farms or private storage areas.

Advanced option
The GUI is the recommended way to manage subclaims. An advanced coordinate command also exists: /claim subclaim create <name> <x1> <y1> <z1> <x2> <y2> <z2>. Both corners must be inside the same parent claim and the new subclaim cannot overlap another subclaim.
Gems

Buy more claim capacity

Use the CobbleClub dashboard/claim interface to purchase more capacity. Each successful purchase adds 256 claim blocks. Pricing starts at 5 Gems and scales by 2.7× after each purchase.

Important
Deleting a claim frees capacity; it does not refund Gems or reduce your historical purchase count.
